Aaron Taylor began his journey into the music world by promoting and DJ’ing at dance events back in 1999. Aaron would continue to promote events regularly up until 2004, highlights being a 2500 capacity event at Leicester University, and working for Scott Bond (Gatecrasher) and Andrew Gallagher (Fantazia) by putting on parties on the white isle of Ibiza.
DJ’ing highlight are three stints at the world’s premier super-club ‘Space’ in Ibiza, warming up for Pete Tong at the Radio 1 Essential party at ‘Sankeys’ in Manchester, playing to a 1000 strong crowd for ‘MTV Holland’ in Amsterdam, a residency at Welsh club ‘Elevate’, regular appearances at ‘Pin Up’ in ‘Sheffield’, playing alongside some of the world’s most beloved DJ’s under his own ‘La Musique’ stable, as well an array of other memorable gigs across Europe.
The year 2002 would see his first production signed and released on dance music label VCR. Several releases would follow on a host of labels including the 100.000 unit selling ‘Slinky’ album ‘Trans-Atlantik’.
In 2010 he started the ‘Motif‘ project with Thomas Lemmer from Germany. In the summer of the same year, he past with distinction from a course in creative music production, furthering his skill set along the way. To date, you can find Aaron’s work on over 40 compilations, including three Café Del Mar albums, Buddha Bar, Sony Music and Warner’s.
